High spirits is a home based & mobile therapy service Our aim is to provide the highest standard of individual health care and pampering to both men and women. We cover a wide range of therapy services all tailor made to suit your needs. The specialist treatments we offer are, Aromatherapy Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology Foot and Hand Massage, Swedish Full Body Massage, and Usui Reiki. Coming soon we will also be offering Sports Massage and our new parent and baby massage classes. Our great range of therapies on offer can be used for working alongside medical conditions, as stress relief or rehabilitation or as a good old pampering session.
